Children’s Services Community Management (CSCM) was established to help trivial standalone education and concern services whose committees either need, or want help. CSCM can support community based education and care services as they embark on their journey with the National Quality Framework. CSCM management understands the intricacies of providing tall quality education to young children, particularly within the considerations of the National Quality Agenda. We use this knowledge to ensure that our education and protection services are stand out’ services. Our education and protection service philosophies are a living document that reflect the knowledge, beliefs and values of our educators, children, families and the wider community. This includes evaluating daily practice, the timing of routines, the development of programs and the organization of staff. Our learning environments reflect a holistic approach to learning and provide endless opportunities and possibilities that urge children’s well being and education. Our partnership with communities strengthens the capacity to support children and families, and in turn develop triumphant services. We respect the diverse cultures of children and families. CSCM advocates for the development of respectful partnerships that rely upon trust, meticulous behavior and social justice. We strive to yield access to affordable quality early education and protection that reflects local community culture. CSCM believes professional development is a vital component in enhancing the quality of teaching practice and encourage educators to holds regular workshops and training programs for staff, administrators, families and others involved in premature childhood. CSCM strives to be a recognized leader in the provision of quality community based education and care. There are two Unused Awards for employees in education and protection services. The conditions contained in these awards are what employees in children’s services are entitled to as least standards unless there is an enterprise agreement which replaces them. CSCM believes professional development is a vital component in enhancing the quality of teaching practice and foster educators to participate in customary workshops and training programs for staff, administrators, directors and others involved in early childhood.
